The material feels really soft, and it’s comfortable enough to wear all day. i kind of forgot I even had it on after a while...

I ordered a few things from New Girl Order and the sizing was confusing. One top in my usual size was totally fine, but another one felt way too tight, and the trousers were huge around the waist.
The pieces are cute, which makes it more annoying, but I don’t really feel like I’d know what size to get next time. I’d probably only order again if there were reviews saying how each item fits, because otherwise it just felt...

Yikes. The box showed up completely crushed, and the clothes inside were exposed. Not great.

I signed up for the promo code, but it wouldn’t apply when I checked out. On top of that, some of the sale prices seemed to change once I added items to my bag, which was really frustrating. I reached out to customer support and just got a generic response that made me feel like I was being talked down to instead of actually helped. Overall, it felt a bit misleading and definitely not worth the hassle.

It wasn’t super fast, but it did show up fine in the end. Customer support got back to me the next day, so that part was okay. Overall, it was alright, just would’ve been nicer if the refund was a little quicker
